Our client is looking for a Test Lead to drive the user acceptance testing phase of an ongoing D365 implementation programme across their Ireland and Lithuania subsidiaries. You will take ownership of test planning, execution and governance, ensuring testing activities are structured, repeatable and aligned to the remaining rollout schedule. Working closely with Business Analysts, Stream Leads and key business stakeholders, you will help deliver successful go-lives and establish a robust approach to future regression testing and platform upgrades. This role is focused on rollout delivery, testing quality and reducing implementation risk.

Responsibilities

  • Review existing testing documentation, test scripts and UAT artefacts from previous D365 go-lives and adapt them for upcoming subsidiary rollouts.
  • Lead end-to-end UAT activities across Ireland and Lithuania, ensuring testing is planned, executed and completed to agreed timelines.
  • Define and maintain detailed test plans, test scenarios and test scripts aligned to business processes and project requirements.
  • Coordinate business users and subject matter experts throughout the UAT cycle, ensuring appropriate coverage across all functional areas.
  • Manage test execution, defect triage and resolution tracking, working closely with project and technical teams to address issues.
  • Drive testing governance through regular reporting on progress, risks, defects and readiness for go-live.
  • Plan and coordinate regression testing activities ahead of system changes, enhancements and D365 release upgrades.
  • Execute and oversee regression test cycles to validate system stability and minimise business disruption.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Stream Leads to ensure requirements are fully understood, testable and appropriately validated.
