We're supporting a global organisation undergoing a major transformation of its technology function, with a newly established centralised IT leadership team based in Switzerland.
Following the successful implementation of Hi Bob as the group's HR platform, the business is now seeking an HRIS & Integrations Specialist to drive the next phase of optimisation and integration.
This is a key role focused on enhancing the employee experience through improved HR technology processes, strengthening data quality and delivering integrations between Hi Bob and multiple regional payroll systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating as a subject matter expert, working across HR, IT and third-party vendors to deliver business-critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the internal SME for Hi Bob, driving continuous improvement and optimisation of the platform.
- Enhance existing HR system integrations to improve efficiency, usability and data accuracy.
- Lead the integration of multiple regional payroll systems into Hi Bob.
- Ensure employee data remains accurate, consistent and governed effectively across systems.
- Support and develop integrations with identity management platforms, including automated Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.
- Manage and prioritise the HR Technology and integrations backlog.
- Collaborate with HR, IT and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements.
- Promote best practices around HR data management, system integrations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Investigate and resolve data, reporting and integration issues.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally Hi Bob.
- Strong understanding of employee data management and HR lifecycle processes.
- Experience delivering HR, payroll and third-party system integrations.
- Knowledge of APIs, integration frameworks and data flows.
- Experience working with identity and access management solutions (Entra ID / Active Directory desirable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across both technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
- Experience coordinating vendors, HR teams and technology functions.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot data and integration challenges.
