We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major ERP transformation programme within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role involves bringing structure and control to planning and governance, whilst supporting five key workstreams as they transition from Design into Build & Test phases.
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate five core workstreams, including Idea to Market, Market to Order, and Source to Pay.
- Develop and implement a robust Master Project Plan template for all workstreams.
- Create and manage detailed milestone plans down to task level.
- Maintain and actively manage RAID logs within JIRA, ensuring risks, actions, issues, and dependencies are tracked and progressed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project risks, ensuring visibility and mitigation strategies are in place.
- Challenge stakeholders and team members to ensure high-quality and timely task completion.
- Drive governance standards across planning, reporting, and delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability and thorough documentation of project issues.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, business leads, and the wider group organisation.
- Support the transition of workstreams from Design into Build and Test phases, ensuring alignment and readiness.
