As the organisation continues to evolve and grow, they are investing in enhancing their project delivery capabilities to drive efficiency and consistency across all business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a central support function across multiple projects and programmes, ensuring alignment to delivery standards and project methodology.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Business Analyst, providing hands-on support with project scoping, planning, and monitoring.
  • Drive adoption of project management best practices and frameworks (e.g., P3O, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Work across departments to gather business requirements, assess project viability, and support change initiatives.
  • Assist with resource coordination across projects and programmes to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Provide visibility into project and programme status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support the definition and control of change requests across business and product teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work with product teams to ensure technical debt is identified and factored into ongoing planning and prioritisation.
  • Help to establish improved governance, reporting, and project portfolio oversight processes.
  • Maintain structured documentation and ensure projects are aligned with agreed strategic goals.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a PMO, Project Support, or Project Officer role within a medium to large organisation.
  • Solid understanding of project delivery lifecycles, project governance, and business change.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exposure to product development teams and understanding of technical debt and prioritisation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage across departments and at all levels of the business.
  • A practical understanding of P3O (Portfolio, Programme, and Project Offices) frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and disciplined approach to documentation and process.
  • Proven ability to work onsite and collaboratively within fast-paced, change-oriented environments.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certification in PRINCE2, AgilePM, MSP, or other project methodologies/frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management tools or dashboards (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
  • Experience in a product-led or technology-enabled business undergoing transformation or growth.
