Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic Identity and Access Management and Multi-Factor Authentication programme across their SaaS application estate. You will deliver the initial implementation across approximately 40 priority applications, establishing the governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery framework required to support a wider rollout across more than 140 SaaS platforms. This role is focused on programme delivery, change management and business decision-making, working closely with security, architecture and engineering teams who own the technical solution design.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the IAM and MFA implementation programme across the organisation's SaaS application portfolio.
  • Establish and manage programme governance, including RAID management, delivery reporting and Steering Committee updates.
  • Coordinate application discovery, business analysis activities and vendor engagement to support onboarding and implementation planning.
  • Drive alignment between business stakeholders, security teams and application owners to agree appropriate access control and MFA requirements.
  • Manage risk identification, mitigation and formal risk acceptance processes where security controls cannot be fully implemented.
  • Facilitate policy approval processes and business decisions relating to authentication, access management and MFA adoption.
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee pilot deployments and phased application rollouts to minimise operational disruption.
  • Ensure service desk, support teams and operational stakeholders are prepared for go-live and ongoing support requirements.
  • Manage programme budgets, delivery plans, dependencies and resource requirements across multiple workstreams.
