Our client haven't had a project manager before, so they now need one to come in and manage what their developers are currently doing. As it stands, the developers are trying to be Project Managers as well as doing the delivery. The client has multiple in-flight projects at the minute; their main focus is delivery messaging. This is where the customer gets a text message from Amazon to say when their parcel is going to be on the way to the collection point. Other projects include client portal enhancements (improving all things for the clients) and onboarding new clients. Once this is completed, they have a backlog of 90 projects.
