We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major organisational transformation programme during a significant period of change.
Working as part of a high-profile transition programme, you will play a key role in delivering projects that support the transfer of contracts, legal entities and associated business functions into a new operating model.
Working across multiple project workstreams, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering complex transition activities, ensuring milestones are achieved while managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of project workstreams supporting a complex organisational transition programme.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders across business, legal, finance and operational functions.
- Support due diligence activities, ensuring all project deliverables, documentation and governance requirements are completed to a high standard.
- Oversee the transition of contracts, legal entities and associated business processes as part of the wider transformation programme.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Facilitate project governance, reporting and steering meetings, providing regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Drive business change activities, ensuring transition plans are effectively implemented and embedded across the organisation.
Skills
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within large, multi-stakeholder organisations.
- Strong project planning, governance and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical, operational and executive teams.
- Experience supporting business change and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of due diligence, contract transitions or corporate restructuring activities would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working on mergers, acquisitions or share transfer programmes would be beneficial, although not essential.
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
