We are searching for two Process Analysts (IFS) who will be crucial in driving the ongoing optimisation and effective use of our client’s IFS ERP system. One position will focus on the Finance module, while the other will work across Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Procurement. Both roles form part of a permanent internal IFS team and will play a key role in the continuous improvement programme and upcoming cloud upgrade initiative.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the IFS Solution Architect to deliver process improvements and system optimisation
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned modules (Finance or Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing/Procurement)
- Monitor daily IFS system activity and address any issues or escalations from the service desk team
- Interrogate, validate, and triage incoming requests, defining both the current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes
- Participate in the planning and delivery of the IFS cloud upgrade, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value
- Support the development and execution of training materials and documentation for end users
- Assist in building prototypes and supporting conference room pilots to validate solution design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align IFS functionality with business needs
- Champion best practices and contribute to standardisation across the IFS system landscape
- Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
