We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Platform Lead to play a key role in a major website re-platform programme for a growing healthcare organisation with over 370 locations across the UK. This is a high-impact role focused on consolidating multiple practice websites into a single modern digital platform built on Sanity CMS and Azure infrastructure. Working closely with Project Managers, Technical Architects, internal marketing teams, and external delivery partners, you’ll take ownership of coordinating website builds, managing go-lives, and ensuring a smooth migration journey across the estate. The programme is entering a critical delivery phase, with initial proof-of-concept sites scheduled to launch at the end of June, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced transformation projects with visible business impact. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to offices in London and Cheltenham.
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing workstream for a large-scale website re-platform programme
- Coordinate the migration of practice websites onto the new Sanity CMS platform
- Manage and oversee website build activity and go-live delivery
- Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Architects, marketing teams, and development partners
- Build strong working relationships with third-party agencies, web development partners, and SaaS vendors
- Engage with operational, practice, and technical stakeholders across the business
- Help improve digital data quality and customer journey performance through initiatives such as first-party data capture and server-side tagging
- Identify opportunities to introduce AI-enabled tools to improve content delivery, analysis, and operational efficiency
- Support delivery of a scalable, consistent, and high-performing digital platform across a multi-site environment
Skills & Experience
- Experience working with CMS platforms, ideally Sanity CMS
- Proven experience delivering large-scale website re-platform projects
- Experience working within multi-site and/or multi-brand environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical or complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working alongside third-party agencies and delivery partners
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple website launches simultaneously
- Understanding of modern digital marketing technologies, analytics, and data optimisation practices
- Exposure to Azure-based digital platforms would be beneficial
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving transformation environment
