Our client is looking for a Workday HCM Lead to take ownership of its live Workday platform and lead a team of two junior Workday specialists. You will join ahead of the current Team Lead's retirement, allowing time for a structured handover.
You will manage system enhancements, fixes and ongoing optimisation, ensuring changes are properly assessed, tested and delivered. You will also support the implementation of Workday Expenses, which is due to go live in October.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the Workday HCM platform.
- Lead and support two junior Workday specialists.
- Manage system enhancements, fixes and configuration changes.
- Support the Workday Expenses implementation and go-live.
- Coordinate testing, releases and change control.
- Work with HR, Finance, IT and external Workday partners.
- Maintain system quality, data integrity and documentation.
