With go-live scheduled within the next three months, this is a critical delivery role focused on planning and executing business cutover, managing the migration from multiple legacy systems, and leading post go-live hypercare. Working closely with the CFO, senior business leaders, IT teams and implementation partners, you will ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations before handing over to the BAU technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has successfully delivered ERP cutovers and enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, business change and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end business cutover strategy, planning and execution for the IFS ERP deployment.
  • Manage the transition from legacy platforms to the new cloud-based ERP, ensuring business continuity throughout.
  • Define, track and report on cutover readiness, deployment milestones and go-live criteria.
  • Coordinate business, IT and third-party implementation teams to deliver a successful deployment.
  • Develop and execute business transition and operational readiness plans across Finance, Procurement and Facilities/Field Service operations.
  • Oversee post go-live hypercare, ensuring issues are prioritised, managed and resolved effectively.
  • Work closely with the CFO, providing guidance and best practice on deployment and cutover activities.
  • Coordinate business readiness assessments, data validation and operational transition activities.
  • Produce and maintain cutover plans, governance documentation, templates and reporting.
  • Ensure a structured handover to the ongoing technology workstream following successful deployment.

Skills

  • Previous experience delivering successful ERP implementations, ideally including IFS.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement and Facilities Management/Field Service business processes.
  • Demonstrable experience managing migration from legacy applications to cloud ERP platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with C-suite executives, particularly CFOs.
  • Strong planning, governance and programme coordination capabilities.
  • Experience creating cutover plans, deployment templates, readiness assessments and transition documentation.
