Our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of CRM integrations as part of a new Umbraco website implementation. You will translate business and product requirements into a technically robust customer journey, working closely with the Product Manager, internal stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure seamless integration between the website and CRM platform. This role is focused on successful integration delivery, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring the website launch remains on track for early July.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of CRM integration workstreams within the wider Umbraco website programme.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, customer journeys, and integration requirements.
  • Define and manage end-to-end data flows between the website, CRM, and associated systems.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, developers, and CRM specialists to ensure successful delivery.
  • Own integration planning, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution throughout the build and testing phases.
  • Drive technical workshops to validate requirements, customer journeys, and integration design decisions.
  • Establish and manage delivery plans, ensuring integration activities align with the overall website launch timeline.
  • Oversee system, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor delivery progress and provide clear reporting to programme stakeholders and project leadership.
