- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra, Defender, Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, Exchange Online)
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and group initiatives with minimal disruption
- Apply IT security best practices to protect systems and data
- Use tools like Secureworks, Sophos Taegis (or similar) for monitoring and response
- Balance multiple priorities in a busy, open-plan environment

- Experience with Microsoft 365 admin tools (Entra, Defender, Endpoint Manager, etc.)
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, Autopilot)
- Understanding of IT security principles, threats, and mitigation
- Exposure to telephony systems (currently important, may evolve)
- Comfortable in a user-facing role with regular walk-up support
