We are searching for an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant who will play a key role in a large, end-to-end implementation of Infor M3 CloudSuite. This role will focus on driving stronger business engagement across Sales and Commercial functions, supporting the redesign of Sales Order Management processes, and ensuring the solution aligns with the needs of a fast-paced FMCG environment.
You will act as a bridge between the supplier, programme team, and business stakeholders, helping shape how Infor M3 Cloud capabilities such as Workspaces and Infor Experience Manager support the organisation's sales operations and customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to the redesign and optimisation of Sales Order Management processes within Infor M3 CloudSuite.
- Support the adoption and configuration of Infor Workspaces and Infor Experience Designer to improve usability, insights, and the sales user experience.
- Act as the primary liaison between the implementation partner, programme team, and Sales stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are clearly captured and prioritised.
- Drive stronger engagement from Sales and Commercial teams to ensure the system supports real-world customer, order, and revenue workflows.
- Provide functional expertise across Order Management, Order to Cash, pricing, customer management, and sales fulfilment processes within M3.
- Facilitate workshops with business users to gather requirements, validate sales process designs, and challenge legacy ways of working where appropriate.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with M3 Cloud best practice.
- Ensure effective integration of sales processes across M3 ERP modules, particularly between sales, finance, and supply chain.
- Validate system design and configuration decisions to ensure they meet commercial and customer-facing business needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales process efficiency, order visibility, and customer service performance within an FMCG context.
- Contribute to system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure sales functionality performs as expected.
- Support change management activities by helping sales users understand process changes, system capabilities, and new ways of working.
- Maintain an understanding of the technical context of Java within M3, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and developers when required.
