Are you ready to lead and shape a world-class SEO function? We’re looking for an experienced Head of SEO to drive innovation, growth, and impact in organic search.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a cutting-edge SEO strategy that maximises visibility and revenue. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing SEO team, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
Stay ahead of SEO trends, sharing insights and best practices across the business.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive SEO integration across all digital touchpoints.
Manage and optimise relationships with external SEO agencies.
Champion a data-driven approach, ensuring SEO strategies are continuously improved.
Elevate SEO literacy across the organisation and own the SEO narrative.

About You:

Proven experience in SEO leadership, delivering long-term, revenue-driven strategies.
Deep technical and content SEO expertise, with hands-on experience optimising large-scale websites.
Strong ability to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution.
A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Skilled in stakeholder management, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
Experience working with SEO agencies and managing external partnerships.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
