System Analyst – Cloud Migration (IFS / Field Service)

Our client is progressing through a major migration to the cloud, with Phase 1 scheduled to go live in May 2026. We are searching for a System Analyst to join the team and support this programme as it moves through key delivery milestones. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Field Service within IFS; however, strong general IFS experience with the ability to quickly learn Field Service processes will also be considered.

This role will be highly task-focused and will work closely with business users, suppliers, and customers to shape To-Be processes, refine requirements, and ensure successful system validation. The System Analyst will also play a key role in SAT, UAT, and the evolution of training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain To-Be business processes in partnership with business users, suppliers, and customers.
• Produce detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned to programme needs.
• Support the design and documentation of data integrations across systems.
• Lead and coordinate systems validation activities and user acceptance testing.
• Create and manage plans to address incidents and service requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide weekly updates and reports as part of the project governance process.
• Arrange and facilitate sessions with business users for prototypes, demonstrations, and playbacks.
• Work closely with the project team to support Solution Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of each project phase.
