We are searching for an ERP Project Manager to take ownership of delivering IFS ERP implementations and upgrades, primarily within the food and beverage sector. Due to sustained demand and a growing project pipeline, this hire is critical to ensuring current programmes are delivered successfully while supporting continued business growth.
This is a hands-on delivery role, suited to someone who understands the full lifecycle of ERP change and is comfortable leading projects end to end. You will work across multiple client environments, driving delivery from initiation through go-live and stabilisation, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery standards.
Responsibilities- Own and deliver ERP (IFS) implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
- Manage multiple ERP projects concurrently across different client organisations.
- Lead full project lifecycles, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the primary client contact, setting delivery direction, managing expectations, and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Work closely with internal consultants and client stakeholders to ensure delivery quality, alignment, and accountability.
- Adapt project delivery approaches to suit smaller, fast-moving client environments within the food and beverage sector.
- Identify project risks early and manage them pragmatically through to resolution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
- Maintain clear project governance, reporting, and communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
