Overview
Our client has recently completed a successful two-year transformation from Apps 8 to IFS Cloud and is now entering the next phase of their ERP journey. Having come out of hypercare, their focus is shifting towards resolving outstanding issues, managing support tickets, and strengthening their IFS Technical Support team to enhance and future-proof their ERP landscape.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting across the IFS environment.
- Investigate, resolve, and document technical issues and system queries.
- Carry out CRIMS modifications, reports improvements, and develop IFS lobbies and user interfaces.
- Support the ongoing optimisation and configuration of IFS Cloud applications.
- Collaborate closely with the existing ERP Systems Manager and IFS experts to ensure smooth operations and knowledge transfer.
- Work proactively to identify opportunities for process improvement within the ERP system.
- Support integrations, upgrades, and performance tuning activities where required.
- Contribute to documentation, training, and best practice sharing across the team.
