We are searching for an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant who will play a vital role in a large, end-to-end implementation of Infor M3 CloudSuite. This role involves driving stronger business engagement across Logistics and Manufacturing, supporting a redesign of key modules, and ensuring the solution is aligned to operational needs within an FMCG environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the redesign of Logistics and Manufacturing modules within Infor M3 CloudSuite.
- Act as the primary liaison between the supplier, business stakeholders, and the programme team.
- Drive increased engagement from Logistics and Manufacturing stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly captured and prioritised.
- Provide subject matter expertise across Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Execution and Logistics processes within M3.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate process designs, and challenge existing operating models where appropriate.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with M3 best practice.
- Ensure end-to-end process integration across M3 ERP modules.
- Support configuration decisions and validate system design against business needs.
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies aligned to FMCG operations.
- Contribute to testing cycles, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support change management activities by ensuring stakeholders understand process impacts and system capabilities.
