Job Description
We are searching for a Change Programme Manager who will be crucial in driving the development of high-quality organisational change and transformation initiatives. This role involves leading the implementation of five strategic priorities covering back office, financial stability, culture and standards, and performance management frameworks, ensuring the translation of strategy into effective delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of programmes aligned to the organisation’s five strategic priorities from inception through to implementation and benefits realisation
- Support the senior leadership team to understand stages from strategy development through to operational delivery
- Manage a matrix team including a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Project Co-ordinator, and contract Project Managers, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
- Advise on operational, financial, technical, resource and managerial risks and issues, potential slippage, and impacts on each programme
- Lead programme meetings on a regular basis to ensure alignment and effective delivery against milestones
- Work closely with the PMO team to establish services adhering to best practice, project methodologies, and standards
- Support the PMO to embed programme and project management standards and governance frameworks across the organisation
