We are searching for a Business Analyst who will play a vital role in supporting a large and active portfolio of projects across the European market. This role will work closely with Project Managers and Developers to ensure projects continue to progress smoothly, while also engaging with business stakeholders to maintain alignment, monitor delivery, and ensure initiatives are executed according to plan.
With a significant number of projects in the backlog, our client is looking for someone who can confidently step in, ask the right questions, and clearly define, capture, and document requirements. This position is primarily focused from a business perspective, ensuring requirements are thoroughly understood, accurately structured, and aligned with wider business needs. The successful candidate will work within a Gherkin framework to document requirements, supported by AI tools that help shape and translate requirements into the required format.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders across the European market to support the successful delivery of multiple ongoing projects.
- Gather, analyse, and define business requirements across a wide range of initiatives within a busy project environment.
- Ask detailed and insightful questions to uncover, clarify, and challenge requirements where needed.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements documentation.
- Work within a Gherkin framework to document requirements in a consistent and effective way.
- Use AI-enabled tools to help shape, refine, and convert requirements into Gherkin format.
- Act as a key link between business and delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
