Our client is looking for a Project Manager to deliver the second phase of its Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.

You will lead the rollout into Canada, managing the project team, implementation partners and the business change required to move Canadian teams onto the new ERP and its connected applications.

This role is focused on controlled delivery, user readiness and a successful transition into live operation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end plan for the Canadian Business Central rollout.
  • Define the project scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery controls.
  • Manage the internal project team, Microsoft partner and third-party application suppliers.
  • Coordinate the implementation and integration of Business Central, Intapp and supporting applications.
  • Lead business readiness across Canada, including process change, communications, training and adoption.
  • Work with finance and operational teams to identify local requirements and confirm how they will be delivered.
  • Manage risks, issues, budgets, decisions and changes to scope.
  • Coordinate data migration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare activity.
  • Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and escape delivery risks early.
  • Capture lessons from phase one and apply them to the Canadian rollout.
