Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to support a critical 9-month due diligence programme through the collection, analysis, and reporting of complex organisational data. You will deliver accurate, reliable insights that inform senior stakeholder decision-making, working across HR, payroll, finance, procurement, and estates functions. This role is focused on data integrity, workforce analysis, and enabling successful project delivery through high-quality information management.
Responsibilities:
- Extract, validate, and consolidate data from multiple business systems, including SAP, HR, payroll, finance, procurement, and estates platforms.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities that support due diligence activities.
- Produce accurate reports, dashboards, and data packs for senior managers and project stakeholders.
- Manage sensitive employee and business information in line with data protection and governance requirements.
- Interpret data requirements and translate them into structured, usable datasets for project teams.
- Maintain data quality by identifying inconsistencies, resolving issues, and implementing appropriate validation checks.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions to gather information and clarify requirements.
