We are searching for an IT Support Analyst who will deliver high-quality 1st line and desk side support across four office locations. This role involves providing hands-on technical assistance, resolving software and hardware issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience within a Microsoft-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line and desk side IT support to users across four offices
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, including AV and video conferencing equipment
- Support Microsoft-based environments, including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Set up new users, manage permissions, and maintain security groups
- Assist with Azure-related tasks, including setting up and maintaining directories
- Support and troubleshoot telephony systems
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams where appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive end-user experience
