Job Profile
We are seeking a Dynamics Support Analyst to join our IT and Business Systems Operational team. You will support and maintain key business applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM and F&SCM, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support for users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to third-party vendors.
- Manage support tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and user queries are resolved efficiently.
- Perform system administration, data management, and security maintenance.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments, ensuring successful adoption of new features.
- Document support processes, create user guides, and deliver training to business users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and drive process improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in IT application support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line).
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM & F&SCM.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with third-party vendors for issue resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple system upgrades and deployments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
