Our client is seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Product Analyst to join their Regulation and Digital Transformation directorate. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual passionate about using data and user insights to shape innovative digital products.

  • Data Analysis: Collect and interpret complex data from user interactions, surveys, and logs using tools such as Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • User Research: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Develop personas and journey maps to guide development.
  • Market and Performance Analysis: Monitor product KPIs, research market trends and competitors, and identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation. Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation including research findings, performance reports, and market analysis summaries.
  • Collaboration: Work with digital product owners, designers, developers, and wider IT and business teams to ensure product vision and execution align with user and business needs.

Experience in a product analyst role with direct user support and stakeholder engagement. Strong proficiency with data visualisation and analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Excel, SQL). Familiarity with Agile project delivery and documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria). Working knowledge of industry analytics tools and AI/machine learning applications such as Microsoft CoPilot or generative AI (desirable). PRINCE2 Foundation (desirable). Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and provide user training.
