AI Product Analyst

We\’re hiring an AI Product Analyst to help shape how artificial intelligence is responsibly adopted across our client\’s digital estate. Reporting to the Digital Products Manager, you\’ll use data, research, and market insight to guide how AI products are developed, governed, and improved.

You\’ll analyse performance, spot opportunities, and make complex findings clear — helping ensure every AI initiative delivers value, fairness, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour, product data, and feedback to generate insights that drive decisions.
• Visualise and report performance using tools like Power BI, Python, or R.
• Research user needs and market trends to identify new AI opportunities.
• Define and document product requirements aligned with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to inform adoption strategy.
• Collaborate across digital, data, and policy teams to deliver AI initiatives.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation on AI features and safeguards.
