Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Systems Project Manager to lead the manufacturing delivery of its global D365 and Mestec rollout. Following deployments across several countries, most recently Lithuania, the programme is moving into China and Malaysia using an established global template.
You will take over from the outgoing Project Manager, owning delivery across manufacturing and managing both implementation suppliers. You will report to the Programme Director, with a dotted line to the key manufacturing stakeholder.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of manufacturing projects within the global D365 and Mestec programme.
- Take over existing plans, supplier commitments and outstanding actions from the outgoing Project Manager.
- Deliver the next country rollouts in China and Malaysia against the agreed global template.
- Manage the D365 and MES suppliers, holding each accountable for deliverables, milestones and dependencies.
- Align manufacturing requirements with the global template and manage proposed local changes through programme governance.
- Coordinate manufacturing teams, technical specialists and suppliers across requirements, testing and deployment.
- Drive site readiness, cutover planning and the transition into operational use.
- Control project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating decisions that affect delivery.
- Report progress and delivery priorities to the Programme Director, manufacturing leadership and wider stakeholders.
