We are searching for a Training Lead to support the global rollout of a bespoke Project Performance Management system. Following a US pilot, the tool is now being deployed across EMEA and APAC. You’ll take ownership of training in these regions, working in a train-the-trainer model with the US Training Lead. The role involves both content creation and delivery, with flexibility for time zones and international travel.

Responsibilities

– Complete train-the-trainer onboarding with the US Training Lead

– Deliver training across EMEA and APAC

– Tailor and improve existing training materials

– Create new training content using professional tools

– Coordinate with regional teams to support rollout timelines

– Experience delivering training for major system rollouts

– Skilled in creating training materials from scratch
