We are searching for a Test Analyst who will be crucial in driving the successful testing and delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics CE implementation. This role involves owning the full testing lifecycle, from planning through to execution, as the client transitions from their legacy CRM system (Open Engage) to Microsoft Dynamics CE.
Responsibilities
– Own the overall test strategy and plan
– Create and manage test scripts
– Lead Functional Testing, E2E/SIT, and UAT
– Manage and support a Test Analyst
– Liaise with stakeholders in a politically sensitive environment
– Oversee performance of the systems integrator
– Communicate testing processes clearly to non-technical users
– Strong CRM testing experience, ideally with Dynamics CE
– Hands-on test planning and execution expertise
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
– Experience with Agile delivery methods
– Familiarity with integration/API testing and DevOps pipelines
