We are searching for a Technical Analyst who will be crucial in driving the development of high-quality infrastructure and security solutions. This role involves implementing projects, enhancing solution security, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across both on-premises and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

  1. Enhance on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID configurations
  2. Provision identity-based security solutions across platforms
  3. Participate in infrastructure rollouts, migrations, and centralisation projects
  4. Manage identity and access controls
  5. Support software deployments and integrations
  6. Proven experience in an IT infrastructure role
  7. Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Entra ID, and cloud-based solutions
  8. Experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid configurations)
