We are searching for a Solution Architect who will be crucial in driving the development of high-quality contactless ticketing solutions for transport across the UK. You will lead the architectural direction for a system that integrates platforms with payment schemes, industry partners, and future systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture across your assigned ticketing domain
- Maintain technical documentation, including data flows and integration designs
- Evaluate design options and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and policy
- Collaborate with delivery teams, project managers, and suppliers to ensure effective delivery
- Own the Architecture Definition Document and present solutions to governance boards
Minimum Requirements
- AWS Certified Solution Architect or equivalent experience
- TOGAF or similar architecture certification
- Strong experience leading architecture in complex, multi-stakeholder settings
- Expertise in API gateways and integration design
- Solid knowledge of AWS and cloud platforms
