We are searching for a Service Designer who will be crucial in driving the development of high-quality digital services within the Apps & Platforms portfolio. This role involves leading the design, transition, and assurance of services, ensuring that all solutions and changes meet relevant architectural, technical, and regulatory standards. You will also ensure new or significantly changed services are transitioned into BAU support with clearly defined service models, service levels, and KPIs for ongoing performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Champion service design best practices across the business
  2. Develop and maintain Service Operating Models in line with technical and security standards
  3. Ensure compliance with organisational, regulatory, and ESG requirements
  4. Oversee the transition of services into BAU, ensuring readiness and smooth onboarding
  5. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to manage service-related risks
  6. Experience working within an ITIL framework with a strong understanding of ITIL Service Management, Software Lifecycle Management, and Release Management
  7. Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and articulate service design decisions clearly
  8. Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data
