We are searching for a Project/Implementation Manager who will be crucial in delivering the final stages of an ITSM implementation for a global technology company focused on restaurant and retail brands. This role involves overseeing configuration, onboarding customer data, coordinating testing, and managing rollout activities.
Responsibilities
- Finalize ITSM platform configuration to meet business requirements
- Set up customer data and service catalogues
- Lead UAT and manage defect resolution
- Plan and execute rollout with minimal disruption
- Ensure stakeholder readiness, training, and adoption
- Support hypercare and transition to BAU
