We are searching for a Product Support Analyst to join our clientβs IT Business Solutions team, supporting users and applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is key to ensuring effective use of D365 and driving continuous improvements through the Power Platform.
Responsibilities
– Support and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 applications
– Act as first point of contact for user issues
– Document user requirements and enhancement specs
– Create test cases and user training materials
– Deliver training and support for Power BI reporting
– Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
– Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
