Our client is seeking an experienced assurance and risk professional to strengthen governance across a portfolio of around 40 programmes and projects within an established PMO.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve assurance processes and PMO standards.
- Lead assurance and portfolio risk reviews, tracking actions to completion.
- Ensure risks, issues and dependencies are managed consistently.
- Advise project and programme managers on risk, mitigation and governance.
- Provide constructive challenge to strengthen reporting and resolve issues.
Essential skills
- Strong portfolio, programme or PMO experience.
- Expertise in assurance, risk management and governance.
- Experience leading assurance and risk reviews.
- Confident stakeholder management and constructive challenge.
