Our client has completed phase one of its Hub Spot CRM implementation and is now moving into phases two and three, focusing on connecting the clinical examination process through to product sales.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing processes and identify improvements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Support the design and delivery of CRM changes.
