Our client, a professional membership organisation and charity of around 75 employees, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Interim Head of IT to lead a small in-house team and maintain momentum across IT operations and key technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the IT team, with clear priorities and accountability.
- Oversee IT operations, service delivery and resilience.
- Improve infrastructure, device management and security.
- Support AV services and the Dynamics 365 CRM/CMS transformation.
- Manage suppliers, budgets, IT strategy and architecture.
- Advise and update senior leadership.
Essential skills
- Experience in IT strategy and architecture.
- Pragmatic, proactive and hands-on.
- Able to provide examples of previous documentation or communications packs.
