We are searching for an IT Software Trainer who will be crucial in driving the adoption and effective use of IT systems across the organisation. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programmes for both existing and newly introduced software, supporting users through face-to-face sessions and remote webinars.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify training needs through IT skills gap analyses
  2. Design and deliver training for both existing and new software applications
  3. Use a variety of delivery methods, including in-person, webinar, and one-to-one sessions

  5. Proven experience as an IT Software Trainer or in a similar role
