Working with the Head of Change and IT Operations Programme Director, you will assess the current environment and deliver a clear change plan.
Responsibilities
- Improve the maturity of the IT Operations function.
- Lead Microsoft 365 training and adoption.
- Build confidence in the practical use of AI.
- Support improvements to information security processes.
- Track adoption and address resistance to change.
Essential skills
- Strong IT change and adoption experience.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
- Experience improving IT operations or security capability.
- Understanding of AI adoption and responsible use.
