Responsibilities Lead and develop the IT team, with clear priorities and accountability. Oversee IT operations, service delivery and resilience. Improve infrastructure, device management and security. Support AV services and the Dynamics 365 CRM/CMS transformation. Manage suppliers, budgets, IT strategy and architecture. Advise and update senior leadership. Essential skills Experience in IT strategy and architecture. Pragmatic, proactive and hands-on.
