Head of SEO

Our client is undergoing rapid expansion and is looking for a Head of SEO to bring their SEO function in-house. Historically, they have relied on multiple agencies for SEO strategy and implementation across global markets, but as they scale, they need an in-house expert to drive SEO growth.

Responsibilities

1. Develop a world-class SEO function, ensuring best practices in organic search.
2. Lead, coach, and mentor the SEO team, setting clear objectives and development plans.
3. Drive and optimise SEO strategies to maximise revenue growth.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure SEO is integrated across Ecommerce, Content, and Marketing.
5. Proven experience leading an SEO team, working collaboratively to drive growth and profitability.
6. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing SEO strategies with long-term impact.
7. Proactive awareness of industry innovations, tools, and digital trends.
8. Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
