We are searching for a Business Systems Manager to support the Director of Business Technology in delivering key technology initiatives. This role will help reduce reliance on legacy systems, improve development capability, and align internal and external teams to the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap.
Responsibilities
– Deliver tech workstreams across ERP, CRM, web, and infrastructure
– Lead a small team of developers and analysts
– Manage external partners and align deliverables
– Redesign processes to modernise systems and centralise data
– Oversee key projects including CRM and quoting tools
– Track KPIs and report to senior stakeholders
