Back-End API Developer

We are searching for a Back-End API Developer who will be crucial in developing secure, scalable APIs to power complex business applications. You’ll work across server-side logic, integrations, and performance optimisation to support front-end and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

– Build and maintain RESTful APIs

– Develop secure, reusable server-side logic and services

– Integrate third-party APIs and data sources

– Design and optimise database schemas (SQL/NoSQL)

– Write automated tests for reliability and quality

– Monitor and improve performance and scalability

– Proficient in Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or .NET

– Strong experience with RESTful API development

– Knowledge of API gateways, webhooks, and event-driven design

– Experience with API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI preferred)
