Applications and Reporting Lead

We are searching for an Applications and Reporting Lead to oversee the development, enhancement, and delivery of Management Information, Business Intelligence, and data input solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to drive data-driven decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the Applications and Reporting team to design and deliver effective data consumption products
2. Introduce innovative tools and techniques to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and usability
3. Act as the subject matter expert, advising on data input, interaction, and consumption strategies
4. Collaborate closely with Data Architects and Engineers to develop scalable and secure data pipelines
5. Maintain and deliver accurate, insightful reports and dashboards using SQL Server and Tableau
6. Mentor, develop, and lead a team of developers and analysts, promoting a collaborative culture
7. Experience in a leadership role within MI, BI, or a related data management field
8. Experience transitioning to and working within an Agile DevOps/DataOps framework
9. Proven ability to manage developers and analysts
10. Expertise in Tableau for creating advanced dashboards and reports
