The Role

You'll be responsible for leading all marketing activities, ensuring marketing investment supports both business growth and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy
  • Driving brand awareness and market positioning
  • Managing digital marketing, website performance and online visibility
  • Leading SEO and AI search optimisation initiatives
  • Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Managing exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
  • Monitoring campaign performance, lead generation and ROI
  • Managing budgets and external marketing partners
  • Providing market and competitor insights to senior leadership
  • Supporting sales growth through effective marketing activities and content

About You

You'll be an experienced B2B marketing professional with a track record of developing and delivering successful marketing strategies.

Your background may include:

  • B2B marketing within technical, engineering, industrial or technology sectors
  • Digital marketing, lead generation and campaign management
  • SEO, website optimisation and analytics
  • Event and exhibition management
  • Budget ownership and performance reporting
  • Working closely with commercial and senior leadership teams
  • Experience within energy, infrastructure, renewables, power generation or technical engineering environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Arrangements

The successful candidate will initially be office-based to gain a thorough understanding of the business, products, customers and strategy. Following this period, the role is expected to move to a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
