Are you looking for a stable, rewarding career with an expanding drainage contractor?
Vector is excited to represent our client, who is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team in West Berkshire on a Highways Drainage contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and operating an HGV Class 2 Vacuum Tanker.
Beyond driving, you will collaborate with an operator to maintain the surface water / roadside drainage network.
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle with vacuum hose and high-pressure water jetting equipment.
- Working closely with a skilled operative, you will assist in the operation of machinery for the clearance and maintenance of roadside drains to prevent blockages and reduce the risk of flooding.
- Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 - 16:00
Requirements
- HGV Class 2 Licence with valid CPC
- Streetworks - Signing, Lighting and Guarding
- CSCS
- Previous experience in highways or drainage
- Willing to undertake the physical aspect of the work.
