The Opportunity: Joining an elite Geophysics team, you will be instrumental in the end‑to‑end lifecycle of underground utility mapping. This role balances sophisticated field data collection with high‑level office‑based interpretation. You will not just be "locating"—you will be interpreting complex data sets to mitigate risk for major infrastructure projects.
Technical Essentials
- Field Expertise: Proven ability to find, locate, and map utilities using EML and GPR (single antenna and high‑density arrays).
- PAS 128 Compliance: A minimum of one year’s professional experience delivering surveys to rigorous PAS 128 standards.
- Geospatial Tools: Proficiency in using GPS and Total Stations for data capture.
- Technical Reporting: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Geolitix, and MS Office to produce comprehensive technical drawings and survey logs.
- Compliance & Safety: Ability to contribute to site‑specific RAMS and maintain a CSCS card (or equivalent) for site access.
- Mobility: A valid UK manual driving license and a willingness to travel nationwide, including occasional overnight stays.
