We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join an established drainage and civils contractor operating across the South East. This is a coordination and operational management role, focused on ensuring projects are properly planned, resourced and supported from an operational perspective. You will work closely with project and site teams, suppliers and senior management, taking responsibility for procurement, planning, processes, procedures and operational efficiency. A key part of the role will be identifying ways to improve how the business operates, reduce unnecessary costs and ensure resources and materials are planned effectively.
