A Leading Specialist in low-carbon district energy networks is expanding its operations and seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer (Commercial Plant Rooms) to cover London and the South of the UK. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to deliver planned maintenance, project works, and critical plant repairs across large-scale energy centres exceeding 1MW, directly supporting multi-million-pound urban decarbonisation developments.
The Opportunity:
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules across pumps, actuators, plate heat exchangers, pressurisation units, and degassers.
- Carrying out fault-finding, mechanical diagnostics, and repairs to commercial plant rooms and associated pipework.
- Attending reactive site call-outs to diagnose root causes of operational failure and safely reinstate heat services.
- Managing site-based project installations and scopes of work for commercial plant remediation while maintaining robust online maintenance records.
The Package:
- Base salary of £42,750 - £50,000 + discretionary bonus + fully equipped company vehicle with private mileage allowance.
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (with option to buy/sell up to 5 days) + comprehensive company pension scheme.
